"Today I called my agency and spoke with Susan Gilstorf regarding a claim I had in process for hail damage to my car. I had issues with the Claims Dept as they were not processing the estimate from the repair shop I preferred to use. She explained the time process and answered those questions that took so long when trying to reach the Claims Dept as well as another one regarding my renewal too. I thanked her for her great service and said goodbye. Twenty minutes later Susan called me to say she called the Claims Dept and confirmed what I needed, instead of my having to wait for them to contact me. I said, “Now that’s outstanding follow-up in my behalf and the best customer service!” I have always been happy with this agency every time I call. They do all they can for the customer and that’s why I stay with this agency."

"I literally don't know who this person is, I have never spoken to him or called his office, and yet he has called me six times in the last 3 weeks trying to sell me his insurance. I've never picked up the call once, and yet he keeps calling. I'm blocking the number, please leave me alone! for people curious about signing up for insurance with this guy, please be aware that he harasses people to sell his insurance! it's frankly unprofessional and rude."
