"After experiencing rising insurance costs with my insurer the past few years, I decided it was time to try and cut my expenses and explore other options. Members of my immediate family have enjoyed coverage with State Farm for decades and I decided to see what State Farm may be able to do for me. In June 2026 I visited the Nick Mortallaro agency in Grain Valley and met Angela O’Brien. She reviewed my current home and auto coverage dec pages, asked relevant questions regarding the properties and prepared quotes for me. She was helpful, friendly and prompt. It did not take long for me to decide to complete the insurance process with Angela. In my case, she was able to reduce my premium on both my home and autos. My brief contact with other agency staff has also been positive. I would recommend Angela and this agency."
