"I switched to Nick’s office when I moved back to Missouri a number of years ago. Everyone I have talked to there so far it’s been super helpful and answering questions and following up on stuff. I have home and auto through their office, but I would use them for any other insurance needs."

"Was a customer for years. First accident I had, which I was not at fault for they refused to work with me and cover the eexpenses of my losses. Go with a different insurance company and save yourself the headache."

"So this sounds cliche, but lindsay saved me a ton on car insurance. Like for real though😆 I got a speeding ticket and my insurance.Went up to 352 per month, and I was paying 247. She got me MORE coverage, life insurance, AND renters insurance for 217 per month. She was so pleasant and funny to talk to! I recommend her to anybody!! Super stoked!!! Thanks for protecting my Subaru, "Cronk," so that I can drive him to places like this!! Yes , it's really that blue , and yes , it's in missouri"

"When I first called, I'll just say I wasn't in the greatest of moods because of my last insurance provider. How I would love to name their names, I will not. Because If I did, I'll just say they're unknown. Body parts would look like they've been sucking on Alum. 😁..... The people in Nick's office. We're the kindest people I've talked to in a very long time. It absolutely made me want to get insurance with Them. Not only did I get insurance within an hour on my truck, I got everything sent to me. I highly recommend them. Maybe 1 day I'll be able to meet all of you in person and thank you personally. "We have 4 vehicles (with different coverages) and 3 drivers. Getting us multiple auto insurance quotes and bundling it with our home coverage falls to me. Rates right now are high and securing competitive quotes that produce such small savings seems unproductive and a general waste of time, so I tend to address the task in spurts and stops. (And yes, I know this makes me a terrible prospect to work with!) It takes an exceptionally good representative and a stellar agency to work with me to bring our business in house. I found this with Drake Griebel, Account Manager with Mortallaro Insurance Agency. Drake managed to maneuver around my full voice mail leaving text messages that led me to believe he may be the representative I needed to get the job done. And I am glad that he did. He answered all my questions with prompt professionalism, keeping me engaged in the process by remaining always available with immediate re-quotes on suggested premium saving adjustments. Our State Farm coverage was tailored to our current needs and our savings with this agency now far exceeds years of previous attempts...and all completed with substantial less time and frustration. Thank you Drake Griebel, Account Manager and Mortallaro Insurance Agency. I am so glad we found each other! We will spread the word!"
