Jada was able to professionally address all of my insurance needs and definitively articulate all of the perks and benefits I really just couldn't pass up!! "I recently filed a claim and after the 100 questions, I finally got it resolved and my car is going to be repaired. The real problem is I keep getting asked the same questions over and over again. I’m not sure they listened or they can’t get on the same page. I feel like I’m being badgered. Just take care of business, but I guess it’s hard for them to do! Very sad!!"

"been using for years but seems like i gotta call corporate anytime i have a problem. never helpful would consider a different agent if using state farm. have never got any kind of rate deduction and if i’ve tried to they just can’t do anything to make my rates lower or any kind of reassurance i chose the right insurance agent or company"
